Sarah Blin, MA, MSc

Sarah Blin is currently the country director for Oxfam in Nepal, she is a social policy expert with over 20 years of development and humanitarian practice as a leader of large teams in complex environments within the INGO sector. Sarah Blin has served to form alliances with local, national and international partners to address inequality; to influence strategies and to advocate for change in the balance of power and in the way governance addresses poverty. Sarah Blin’s areas of practice include: social protection, social work, disability, mother and child health, resilience, gender, education and protection. She holds an MSc in Development Studies (ISTOM) and an MA in Anthropology of Development (SOAS).
