Mika SUZUKI graduated from Kyoto University’s School of Public Health (Clinical Research Coordinator Course) and received her Master’s degree in 2008. After working as an administrator at RIKEN, she was appointed as a Research Fellow in the Uehiro Research Division for iPS Cell Ethics at Kyoto University’s Center for iPS Cell Research and Application (CiRA) in 2013 in Japan. Her research interest is focused on building mutual trust between researchers and the general public, particularly regarding cutting-edge biomedical research. To reach the goal of her research interest, her research interest is a wide variety of research fields including research governance, research integrity, professionalism, justification of the first-in-human trial, the way of informed consent on biobank and the research review system.
